Yes, when you delete a file and then empty your recycle bin, many people think the file is permanently gone. - Immediately switch off the computer.
- Do not try to save any files on to the hard disk.
- Do not even boot the system.
- Finally, connect the drive you wish to recover files from to another system and then install deleted files recovery software.
